Nation, State, Country的区别 state

Nation is officially formed with a group of people who share the same cultural. They share the same language, traditional basis, and culture.
Nation强调的是彼此有着共同文化、历史、传统的个体组成的一个群体圈。

State is a political term which refers to system of state or system of government.
State指外交、政治角度描述一个群体系统。
Nation-state implies a political system when a group of people come together and establish a political system.
Nation-state强调的是有一群相同文化传统的群体建立的政治系统。通常这样的国家政治系统比较稳定。
State-nation is the opposite of nation-state. For example, India is a typical example of state-nation.
State-nation是一个国家政治系统是由多个不同文化传统的群体组成。

Country is a bit of a variable definition, which is a physical geographic region that often encompasses (包含) a nation. It might not always be a state.
