高校专项的招生院校共计有95所，每所学校的招生简章在向社会发布之前，都会先向教育部留案 。

根据各校发布招生简章以及2021年高校专项计划的时间流程来看，同学们应该在4月25号之前完成报名 。并且同学们在报名的时候不仅要准确填写相关个人信息，还需要将相关材料的电子版本上传到报名网站 。
不同的学校对于所需的材料不一样，但总的来说，都是需要《某某大学高校专项计划中学意见表》，以及高中成绩单，具体情况还是要以各校的招生简章为主 。
二、2021高校专项计划招生流程
4月25日前：有关高校公布招生简章，考生完成报名申请
5月20日前：各省市完成考生基本条件审核并公示通过审核名单
5月底前：高校完成考生其他条件审核并公示通过审核名单
6月7日-8日：考生参加全国统一高考
高考后-出分前：部分试点高校组织考核
高考出分前：高校确定并公示资格名单
高考出分后：考生单独填报志愿，高校完成录取并公示
三、高考农村专项有什么专业
一般来说各校在农村专项计划中的招生专业数量都还是比较多的，长沙理工大学在湖南的2020年国家专项计划、地方专项计划中就分别招收有37个、53个专业 。苏州大学在江苏的地方专项计划、高校专项计划分别招收37个、40个专业 。
所以整体来说在高考农村专项中可供选择的专业还是很多的，不过每个专业招收的人数并不多，所以各学校具体招收什么专业，以及各专业招收多少人，需要通过各校的相关招生简章才能知道 。
高校专项计划之所以每年都被很多人关注，最重要的一点恐怕就是报考分数要求比较低 。专项计划在分数线上要求考生高考成绩总分，达到学校在考生所在省份模拟投档线下50分以内(含50分)，且不低于考生所在省份本科一批录取控制分数线 。
但这并不意味着在专项计划中会以比较低的分数被录取 。招生院校在录取时，都是按照报考考生的高考分数从高到低依次录取 。以长沙理工大学2020年的情况为例，电气工程及其自动化专业，在国家专项计划、地方专项计划、本科一批的最低录取分数分别为594分、594分、596分 。
所以专项计划虽然报考分数条件低，但实际上并不一定会降低多少分数，大多数情况都跟本科一批的分数线差不多
