1.provide指为应付意外、紧急情况等做好充分准备而“供给、提供”

provide + sth. for + sb.
provide + sb. with + sth.

2.offer侧重表示“愿意给予”，后不能接宾语从句 。

3.supply指定期“供应”，强调替代或补充所需物品
