还记得如何区分 material 和 materiel 吗？这两个形似而意不同，相比于 material，materiel 后面的那个字母 e 相当于 equipment，所以 materel 有军需器材的意思，那么如何区分 ball 和 bawl 呢，它们发音一样，但意思完全不一样 。

解析：不定式 to sit down 是直接宾语 me 的宾语补足语，用来添加关于直接宾语 me 的额外信息 。
I'm going through a stage where the dumbest things make me bawl.
我正承受着自作自受的痛苦 。
解析：关系副词 where 引导的定语从句，常可以与“介词 + which ”互换，例如：
I'm going through a stage in which the dumbest things make me bawl.
He started bawling when the dog snatched his toy.
当狗抢了他的玩具时，他开始大喊大叫 。
解析：普遍认为 start to do sth 与 start doing sth 相差不大，互换时对句子的意思影响不大 。
